Guided Meditations

  • Meditation has been here for a while. This is a form of meditation that utilizes different techniques to enhance the meditative state or achieve mental, emotional, and physical healing and stress relief. Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration influenced and guided by another party. Sometimes the mind tends to drift, some may find it easier to relax and focus when our minds are not entirely left to their own devices.

Visualization training

  • visualization is the process of creating or establishing a mental image led by sensational emotions. Visualization is used to attract and manifest a desired outcome. Meditation and mindfulness are usually associated with visualization. Visualization is more about capturing an emotion, creating an experience with high intense stimulation that triggers the mind to crave more, allowing you to fully tap in. The more emotion there is, the more you can easily repeat the experience.

  • Visualization is something that a lot of your top, athletes, some celebrities, and a lot of dominant, successful business men and business women do.

Inner self-connection

  • Inner Self Connection: Your beliefs flow from your perceived identity. It focuses on the person you desire to be, who you want to be, and who you truly are. It is the process that focuses on the unfiltered you. The you that you have encountered during your moments of peace, those moments where you were simply just enjoying yourself.

Inner care

  • It is experiencing freedom from past hurts. Inner Care is aimed to help you see the root of the issues in the areas of your life that you might be struggling with. Inner Care is unconditional love revealing its light and allowing permanent healing to take place.

Motivation

  • Motivation is all about encouragement. Whether you are feeling down or would like an extra shot of feel-good. This is all about your target. What I mean by that is, it’s all about what you are trying to achieve. What would you like to be more confident about? Do you just need to feel refreshed? There’s nothing wrong with having powerful words spoken over you.

Exploration

  • A lot of times the best thing we can do is to let go and trust. Trust that we are good and that The Source has us. If you are feeling spontaneous, carefree, and you want to see what the Universe/God/The Source wants to take you. Then this is the right one for you. The more we yield ourselves to love, the easier it is to trust in the powerful unconditional love that we design to fully believe in.

Sensual Meditation

  • The focus is on the positive sensations, we let go of any tension or negativity that may be present, creating space for deeper relaxation and inner peace. Moreover, sensual meditation can also enhance our self-awareness and self-compassion. With this technique you focus on the present moment, experiencing thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judging or labeling them. In sensual meditation, you focus on sensuality and the current state of your body. Your goal is to let go of distractions and concentrate on touch and sensation. This is something that can definitely help the experience of physical intimacy and emotional intimacy between whoever you decide to be intimate with.
